Due to RG Attachments new customer relationship management initiative, Robert Gent (Director) has been able to work closely with current customers to develop, in his words, ‘the best tapeformer RG Attachments Ltd has ever produced’.


Robert Gent, the inventor and chief technician of the Tapeformer, describes the new breakthrough “From feedback gained from our customers, I have added a closing nib to the exit of the Tapeformer. Upon exit, the tape now has a perfect circular wrap, (as shown below). This gives a concertina effect, meaning the fold of tape around the cable cores is the tightest and most precise RG has been able to manufacture in over 25 years of producing cable wrapping tools. This achievement would not have been possible without the opinions gained from our loyal customers. We now hope we can repay their contribution through providing superior products in all future dealings”.
